DANCE, YOGA, FITNESS AND PILATES
Larissa teaches a wide variety of group fitness classes that range from dance-based cardio, senior-friendly fitness and functional training/stretch and meditation classes. Larissa uses her choreographic skills to create many varied mind/body experiences that cater to students’ specific needs and strengths. Her private teaching also includes Rasa Gentle Yoga, Pilates and ballroom dance. All of these various movement forms shape Larissa’s teaching style and methodology.
1 on 1 Pilates Equipment Sessions
Larissa received Pilates mat certifications from the Pilates Institute of America (2004) and the Kane School of Core Integration (2006). She completed Pilates Equipment certifiication for the Kane school in 2009. She currently teaches at two locations in uptown Manhattan.

Larissa is Arthur Murray Certified and teaches couples, individual and group lessons. Contact her for studio locations in Manhattan and rates. She has created group routines for Quinceanera (Sweet 15 Birthday parties), specializes in wedding couple dances and Ladies' Styling/Technique classes.
Larissa teaches one on one and small group sessions in Rasa yoga, a gentle and balancing form of hatha yoga. Founded by Ketul Arnold and Luther Kinney in 1992, this yoga form includes asana, pranayama, mantra, meditation, and ayurvedic self-care.
